The only thing worse than having your life ruined by MPI staffers is when their friends come out of the woodwork years later pretending to be your savior. YOU CAN APPEAL! MPIC Act Sec 171 Its all MPI all the time; its all part of the MPIC Act:
(MPI -> Mpic Act - IRO -> Sec 170(2) - AICAC -> Sec 175 - CAO -> Sec 174(1))

You always could get your brother, friend, uncle to represent you at the AICAC. Thats not the problem; never was; the problem is it takes 5, 10, 15 years to get to the AICAC. Bill 212 is the legalization of your case managers friends to play the "independent" representative for a career. Thats how the game is played. MPI made their decision the day you opened your claim and described your injuries no different than a mechanic looking it up in a book. It takes 2.2 hours to repair part number such and such. MPI now has the go ahead from the Manitoba Legislative assembly to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to hold you to that 2.2 hour estimate. Eventually you will suck it up like the faker you are and go away; or your life is ruined by MPI illegally refusing your legitimate claim. The latter is what MPI's friends (Bill 212'ers) are watching and waiting for. Follow the Money

The naive are so quick to call you paranoid based solely on their lack of experience. If I'm a crackpot, this crackpot becomes an AICAC expert when Bill 212 is enacted. So Write your MLA and get Bill 212 be enacted so I can watch and wait for MPI to ruin innocent lives. Thats where the money is. All I need is Bill 212 and I wont have to pretend I am hiding from MPI spies anymore, when in fact I am hiding from The Legal Profession Act. Bill 212 to the rescue!

The MB Legislature created this feeding frenzy and they can clean it up. How laws are made.
